We planted a tree and repaired the dead-hedge built by the Junior Friends a few years ago.
10th February
Continued bracken control and dealing with the fallen tree off Severn Drive. Also did some ivy removal by Dothill Pool.
17th February
Continued ivy removal, cleared an area for planting and scalloped a verge near Severn Drive.
24th February
A good turnout so several things were achieved today.

Coppicing and work on the Tee Lake jetty.
10th March
Today we were collecting hazel stakes and binders to build a wattle hurdle.

We prepped for planting wildflower seeds, and built a wattle hurdle.

Continued prepping the wildflower meadow, and began sowing the seeds.

A new sign for the Three Bridge Way, and remedial work at the top of Tee Lake.

We planted 500 common reed plugs by Tee Lake.

We split into two teams to deal with litter.

Volunteers have replaced the vandalised Perspex and refreshed the notice board interior - looks great!
5th May
Continued on wildflower meadow, cut bramble from a crab-apple tree and pulled refuse from Beanhill Brook.
12th May
Bramble removal and path clearing, Tee Lake west.
19th May
Tree Trail clearing, continuing wattle hurdle and installing new Tree Trail sign.
26th May
We worked on the hedges on the north and east sides of the 'snake field'.

2nd June
Path clearing jobs today plus installing a new sign for the 50 Tree Trail.
9th June
16 of us today! Team 1 on Himalayan Balsam, Team 2 cleared paths and installed a sign.
Midsummer Fayre
On 13th June we exhibited at the lovely Wellington Midsummer Fayre.
16th June
One team on Himalayan Balsam, another cleared by The Drain to continue the meander work.
23rd June
We planted common reeds, part-funded by Fujitsu via the Telford Green Spaces Partnership.
30th June
Planted the last of the 700 reeds and we did various clearing jobs.
7th July
Path clearing and replacing damaged Henge post.
