Woodcraft Event, Friday 10th May

We are hosting this FREE event as part of the Wellington Festival.
 
The Small Woods Association, participants in the Social Forestry programmes of the new Telford Woods initiative, will be showcasing green wood products in association with the Friends of Dothill Local Nature Reserve.
 
See some of the range of green wood products that can be made, and learn more about how the materials required can be produced from our local woodlands.
 
Watch fascinating demonstrations of the heritage craft techniques involved. There will even be the opportunity to have a go at some woodland crafts yourself!
 
Come along and join in, it's completely FREE!
 
Drop in any time between 11am and 4:30pm.

I think a water pipe or sewage pipe was supported on those blocks many years ago, they look pre war.
